BROOKE USA PHOTO COMPETITION

Do you have a passion for photography? Do you have a love for all things equine?

Join Brooke USA and get clicking for your chance to win one-of-a-kind prizes, while helping us raise funds to improve the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules around the world.

Thanks to Equestrian Living Magazine, the top 10 finalists will have their photos featured in the October issue as published photographers. The top 12 photos will be featured in Brooke USA’s first photo calendar, which will be released in November 2019, just in time for the holidays.

WHO CAN ENTER?

The competition is open to budding amateurs and professional photographers alike, within the United States. Upload your photo(s) and donate $10 for each submission to enter our inaugural photo competition, all while helping us to make a difference in the lives of hard-working horses, donkeys and mules and the people who depend on them.

THE MEDIUMS:

·         Photos taken with a smartphone or tablet

·         Photos taken with a camera

THE THEMES:

·         Best portrait of a horse, donkey or mule

·         Best action shot of a horse, donkey or mule (sport or wild)

The photo(s) can be of your own animal or an animal in the wild

THE TOP PRIZES:

Smartphone or Tablet Category: The winning photo will be printed, matted and framed up to 8" x 10" for the image, and 16” x 20” for the frame. The frame color and mat board will be chosen by the winning photographer in conjunction with Brooke USA. Brooke USA will pay for shipping of the winning image anywhere within the United States.The winner will enjoy an online masterclass with acclaimed equine photographer Enrique Urdaneta-Alamo.

Not available to the general public, this one-to-one photography masterclass with Enrique Urdaneta is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Photos Taken With a Camera: The winning photo will be printed, matted and framed up to 22" x 32" for the image, and 24” x 36” for the frame. The frame color and mat board will be chosen by the winning photographer in conjunction with Brooke USA. Brooke USA will pay for shipping of the winning image anywhere within the United States.
